Flutterbys!
Just wanted to share this with you....
For about a week or so now I have been feeling a rather odd fluttering in my tummy! It feels just like when you get butterflys when you are excited or nervous and sometimes like something is popping! I have it on good authority that it is baby moving; its such an amazing feeling! Last night I was on the phone to Nanny (my Mum) and I felt it again I think baby must have known that I was talking to Nanny and wanted to say Hi too!! Mum then spent a minute or so talking to baby through me, so I guess that means baby had it's first telephone conversation! Its such a nice time at the moment, and it makes me giggle when baby moves!!

Goodies!
Over the weekend, Baby's Granny and Great-Grandma came to return Aunty Emily to University, for her final semester.
On Sunday, we all took a trip to Toys R Us and Mothercare, to see what we could find. Anneka and I had already visited both shops in Tamworth a few weeks before and had found several cot beds and push chairs that we short-listed.
In Toys R Us, Granny bought Baby an I Love My Bear Swinging Crib and a matching I Love My Bear Cotbed - the latter of which featured on our shortlist. Although Toys R Us have a large push chair range, none of them appealed to us as much as Mothercare's Aruba Mini Jogger Travel System, which Great-Grandma bought for Baby! It's in red, so should suit Baby whatever it turns out to be!
Both Anneka and I are now also members of the Mother and Baby and Gamers clubs at Toys R Us!
Thanks to both Granny and Great-Grandma for the gifts! We'll let you all know how Baby (and us!) gets on with them.

We can hear you...
Today Matt and I went to our first appointment with the midwife at our doctor's surgery. At this appointment we got to listen to our baby's heart beat which was yet another sign that there is a little person growing inside me! The heart beat of baby is much faster than an adults and sounds very much like a choo choo train! Everything else went well but this was the highlight of the day!
